$840 Million to Support Networks
As recently announced by HHS Secretary Burwell, “The CMS initiative “Transforming Clinical Practices” (TCPI) http://innovation.cms.gov/initiatives/Transforming-Clinical-Practices has been funded with $840 million. Agreement to Co-Develop Mobile App
Partner’s Center for Connected Health www.connectedhealth.partners.org has signed a co-development agreement with Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. www.daiichisankyo.com, a pharmaceutical company from Japan. The plan is to create a mobile app to serve as a coaching platform for patients with atrial fibrillation who have been prescribed oral anticoagulation therapy. (more…)
