AI Bots to Improve Healthcare

Accenture is using two interactive virtual-assistant bots named Ella and Ethan to upgrade their Accenture Intelligent Patient Platform. The use of AI enables the system to make intelligent recommendations for interactions between life sciences companies, patients, healthcare providers, and caregivers.
