In 2017, the Montana Healthcare Foundation (MHCF) www.mhcf.org has plans to focus on American Indian Health, on Substance Use Disorders (SUD), integrating behavioral health, and developing partnerships for better health. 2017 OSEHRA Summit Coming

The Honorable David J. Shulkin, Secretary of Veterans Affairs, is going be the Keynote speaker at the “2017 Open Source Summit” to be held June 13-15, 2017 at the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel and Conference Center. A busy schedule has been planned for attendees to hear expert plenary speakers and presenters at the Summit.

Upgrading Standards for Clinical Trials

Some of the world’s largest funders for medical research and international NGOs are in agreement on new standards that will require all clinical trials they fund or support to be registered and the results disclosed publicly. The funders for clinical trials have also agreed to monitor compliance with registration requirements and to develop systems capable of monitoring reported results. (more…)
