Morgan Stanley Credit Partners (MSCP) www.morganstanley.com invested in Code 3 while BSC’s role was to act as the exclusive strategic and financial advisor to Code 3. Code 3’s partnership with MSCP will enable Code 3 to continue its strategy of finding unique locations needing convenient access to unscheduled acute medical care.
Code 3 has grown to six facilities in Texas and Nevada and will soon open an additional hybrid facility in Denton Texas as well as the first free standing 24/7 full service emergency room and urgent care center located on airport property at the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport.
This emergency room will include observation rooms for short-term observation admissions, as well as a separate urgent care service to service 60,000 employees on site daily but also be available to the 60 million passengers that travel through the airport each year. This hybrid facility outside the airport is in addition to the urgent care and pharmacy inside Terminal D that opened September 2017.
