Wisconsin’s Public Service Commission (PSC) http://psc.wi.gov is looking for “Medical Telecommunications Equipment Grants” for FY 2016-2017. The Universal Service Fund’s Telemedicine Equipment Program was created to help nonprofit medical clinics, hospitals, or public health agencies purchase medical telecommunications equipment to augment or enhance the delivery of medical services especially to rural or underserved areas.
The PSC may award one or more grants not exceeding an annual total of $500,000 during FY 2016 to public and private entities that meet the eligibility requirements. In June 2016, the PSC will consider the level of funding for FY 2017 telemedicine grants with the funding to not exceed 500,000.
