The U.S Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) www.uspto.gov within the Department of Commerce is going to host a Medical Device Technology Partnership Meeting www.uspto.gov/about-us/news-updates/uspto-host-combined-medical-device-technology-fair-and-partnership-meeting on June 2-3, 2015 at the USPTO Campus, Madison North Auditorium, 600 Dulany Street, in Alexandria, VA.
The USPTO periodically hosts Medical Device Technology Partnership Meetings to bring industry stakeholders and patent examiners and directors from Technology Center 3700 (TC-3700) together to share ideas, experiences, and insights. Meeting attendees will discuss how the agency can improve and expand its relationship with the medical device technology community.
Individuals from USPTO taking part in the meeting include Rick Seidel, Assistant Deputy Commissioner for Patents, Mechanical Disciplines, and Group Directors Angela Sykes, Donald Hajec, Andrew Wang, and Diego Gutierrez.
