On September 22, 2016, Seong K. Mun PhD, President and CEO of the “Open Source Electronic Health Record Alliance” (OSEHRA) www.osehra.org will participate in a Health IT seminar at the House of Sweden.
Dr. Mun and Gabriel Wikstrom Sweden’s Minister for Healthcare, Public Health and Sport will discuss the great opportunity for the OSEHRA Community to work with Sweden to expand global connections.
Approximately, 20 Swedish companies and health institutions will comprise the Swedish eHealth delegation to discuss how to find new ways to work together on the health IT issues of importance to Sweden and the OSEHRA community.
The seminar will discuss U.S and Swedish policy on health IT, showcase how technology and big data are changing healthcare, and how important it is to support collaboration and the integration of information that is necessary to realize the full potential of health IT solutions for both countries.
