Sanjay Gupta, MD, CNN’s Emmy award-winning Chief Medical Correspondent will deliver the opening keynote address on May 3, at the ATA 2015 “20th Annual Telemedicine Meeting and Trade Show” to be held May 2-5, 2015 in Los Angeles.
Dr. Gupta, a practicing neurosurgeon delivers medical correspondence for several of CNN’s headlining programs including New Day Anderson Cooper 360, and documentaries including his DuPont Award winning WEED series.
He has created award winning coverage of numerous national disasters that includes reporting on the 2011 tsunami in Japan, 2010 Gulf of Mexico oil disaster, 2006 post-Hurricane Katrina and more. Dr. Gupta also launched the network’s anti-obesity initiative called “Fit Nation.”
