LifeBot Receives Award

Frost & Sullivan www.frost.com a global market research company awarded their 2014 award for “New Product Innovation Leadership for Portable Telemedicine” to LifeBot www.lifebot.us  a telemedicine solutions company located in Phoenix Arizona.

LifeBot CEO Roger Heath said, “We very much appreciate the award from Frost & Sullivan. We have been working very hard to build solutions that will provide continuity of care for clinicians, used for mobile use, and go all the way into the home. Indications indicate that 85 percent of healthcare will be done in the home or in remote clinical settings in the next five or six years. It is a dream that began here well over ten years ago, and it is still unfolding each day.”

A new breed of mobile community paramedics is beginning to be increasingly on the scene. Community Paramedicine will not only reduce healthcare delivery costs, but will also increase the quality of individual patient care.

To meet these needs, LifeBot has deployed numerous telemedicine solutions that are readily portable and have the capability to perform a multitude of procedures. The telemedicine systems developed today must be able to manage medical records exchange, treat the most symptoms, but also be able to respond to serious life threatening issues, yet be rugged enough to manage care on the battlefield, or during major events, or disasters.

LifeBot 5, a fully portable ultrasound equipped system was developed to be useful for a wide range of applications from guidance, to monitoring therapeutic treatments, ophthalmology, vascular imaging, urodynamics, telemedicine, and for general purpose imaging. The LifeBot 5 system can send live ultrasound 24/7 from any place to remote physicians plus provide video, audio, and other critical physiologic patient information.
