Connecting Health: Partners Annual Symposium

For the 11th year, the Partners Center for Connected Health is presenting their very successful Annual Symposium “Connected Health in Practice: Engaging Patients and Providers Outside of Traditional Care Settings” October 23-24 at the Seaport Hotel and World Trade Center in Boston.
