The Health Data Consortium is convening Health Datapalooza 2014 (http://healthdatapalooza.org), a national conference on liberating health data to improve patient outcomes and lower costs, on June 1-3 in Washington D.C.
Health Datapalooza 2014 features a heavy-hitter list of keynotes including: Steven Brill, Jonathan Bush, Francis S. Collins, Elliott Fisher, Atul Gawande, Rt. Hon. Jeremy Hunt, Kathy Ignagni, Vinod Khosla, Adriana Lukas, Todd Park, and Hon. Kathleen Sebelius.
In addition to keynotes, attendees can look forward to live App Demos, where select organizations will be able to showcase the promise and potential of health data by demonstrating new technology to more than 2,000 attendees.
The App Demos address issues such as data use in quality improvements, integration of data and electronic health record systems, consumer health management and decision-making tools, and much more.
Of the 58 apps showcased at Health Datapalooza, five will be featured on the main stage from: ActualMeds Corp, Social Health Insights, Maxwell Health, Purple Binder and CareSync.
