Researchers find this valuable to use to identify chronically ill individuals which helps with a variety of health services and comparative effectiveness related topics.
The CMS Sources Sought Notice is looking for potential small businesses to provide information on how to support and operate a Chronic Condition Warehouse. General Dynamics operating the current warehouse, maintains and assesses data, links all the records together, flags specific chronically ill populations, provides virtual data access, assists with proposed research methods, provides analytic and research support, and operates help desks and a website.
