Helping to Control Stress

HeartCloud is a cloud technology platform to help the hundreds of thousands of HeartMath users quickly release stress and rebalance their minds and emotions. It has been found that emotions can directly affect the heart’s changing rhythms which can lead to feeling stress.

The company working on Heart Rate Variability (HRV), has developed a user-friendly monitoring and training format within three products. HRV is an important indicator of health since feedback is a highly effective way to neutralize stress.

After several decades of HRV research, the company has now added another product to help deal with stress called “HeartCloud”. Users of the technology are able to synch their HeartMath technology devices and access all their data in one location via the HeartCloud. The technology product helps people feel more connected in all areas of their life.

“When life is going fast and we’re feeling stressed and overwhelmed, it causes us to feel less connected. Our customers want to reduce stress, but they also crave a life that is more heart-connected and led by their heart’s intuitive guidance,” said HeartMath CEO and President, Deborah Rozman, PhD.

HeartCloud subscribers can choose to get reminders and training tips to help manage their emotional response to stress. The HeartCloud charts show session results, the user’s daily coherence, average coherence, and achievement scores over time.  Charts also show training time and training sessions as the device is being used.

HeartMath’s Inner Balance Trainer helps identify levels of stress and provides advice on how to quickly and effectively negate the stress. By using an ear sensor now available as a lightning sensor, plus a smartphone app, Inner Balance visually guides the user on how to sync breathe enabling heart rhythms to quickly achieve coherence and thereby reducing stress and anxiety.
