Registration is now open for the Armed Forces Communications Electronic Association’s (AFCEA) 15th Annual Health IT Summit to be held January 17-18, 2023 in person at the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel and Conference Center on Marinelli Road in Bethesda Maryland.
Technology provides an environment for collaboration, cooperation, and coordination among key players in the healthcare system, including government agencies, private-sector partners, and academia to fortify the health IT ecosystem to make it more resilient. The Meeting is being held to discuss essential thoughts and issues so we can all work together to achieve better outcomes and healthier Americans.
The two day AFCEA Summit. “Collaborating a Resilient Health IT Ecosystem” will dive into modernization improvements and trends for current and future healthcare IT. The Summit will be filled with keynote addresses, panels, and breakout sessions that will explore telehealth, veteran care, cybersecurity, data science, emerging technology, and much more. There will also be ample networking opportunities.
One of the prominent speakers will be Capt. Heather Dimeris, Director for the Advancement of Telehealth (OAT) which is within HRSA and HHS.
Registration Fees for an Industry Member is $410, Industry Non-Members the fee is $435, for sponsors, the fee is $425, and for Government/Military, the event is complimentary. The complimentary fee is reserved for current government and active duty military and excludes government contractors.
